Returns & Refunds
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. They must be sent back to us within 14 days of your delivery date. There are some delays at the moment with Royal Mail so please remember to retain your proof of postage.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. We ask that you please do not return items in envelopes or bubble bags as they may end up damaged during transit and we will no longer be able to refund you if this is the case.
Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons. Please note if we make a custom item for you it cannot be
returned.
Please email us at orderinfo@sourcherry.co.uk to arrange a return. We are not able to process any returns that arrive without prior notice. We are a tiny business so please be aware it may take up to a week for returns to be processed.
If your item is faulty please also send a photo of the item when getting in touch.
