We're very sorry that your order hasn't arrived as planned. At this time, we will need to place a claim to either locate your parcel or confirm it as lost with the courier. Just send us a message using the button in the bottom right hand corner or an email us at orderinfo@sourcherry.co.uk, and we will be able to help you with this. We will then need to wait 5 working days to allow the courier some time to locate your order, if it is not found in this time then we will go ahead and replace it for you. It's worth noting that claims with Royal Mail cannot be placed until 10 working days have passed since the last possible delivery date.
